• Assist in setting up and configuring desktops, laptops
• Help with onboarding new employees by setting up accounts and devices
• Support routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, and system checks.
• Collaborate with the Technology Department on special projects and initiatives.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Compute Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of compute systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment.
