Job Description Provide first and second-line IT support for hardware, software, and business applications Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Manage user accounts, system access, and device configurations Support Microsoft 365 and digital workplace tools Ensure system availability, performance, and security Maintain IT documentation and support procedures Support and coordinate IT and digital projects from planning to implementation Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Contribute to system implementations, migrations, and integrations Deliver user training and onboarding support related to IT systems and digital tools Prepare training materials and user documentation Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making Identify automation opportunities and contribute to process improvement initiatives Support digital workplace platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technologies, Management Information Systems, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in IT within a business environment Experience in IT support, system implementation, and project coordination Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital workplace technologies Experience with Power BI and data visualization is a plus Understanding of automation and process improvement Fluent English (written and spoken) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset Ability to take initiative and work independently when required Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Additional Information We offer competitive salaries, aligned with local market benchmarks and the specific scope and responsibilities of each role.
