IT support and user support: Providing support to specialist departments in their daily operations via telephone, email and remote access.
System operation and IMAC services: Performing install, move, add and change tasks, as well as operating and maintaining IT and end devices.
Server, client and Citrix environment: Installation, operation and maintenance of Microsoft server and client systems as well as Citrix solutions.
Incident and problem management: Analysis, documentation and sustainable resolution of malfunctions in the ticketing system
Monitoring and operational security: Monitoring of the IT system landscape to ensure stable and smooth operation.
IT security and collaboration: Participation in IT security measures and projects, as well as close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
