Description

Creation and management of user accounts and their permissions in the ServiceNow, Workday and Microsoft Dynamics systems.
Order processing and documentation in the Omnitracker business process platform
Recertification of user accounts, permissions, drives, and group mailboxes in the ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft Dynamics systems.
1st/2nd level support from application and account setup to data maintenance via email, telephone or Microsoft Teams
Hardware management: Needs analysis and ordering of notebooks and equipment, coordination of delivery
Printer management: Printer needs analysis, device selection, printer ordering, delivery coordination
Support for smaller projects such as Windows rollout or printer rollout (master data maintenance, coordination & ordering of services and equipment)
