REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint, and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills — able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Independent, resourceful, and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and vendors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365).
  • ITIL Foundation or IT service management certifications.
  • Security-related certifications (e.g., Security+).
  • Prior experience supporting or coordinating CRM systems.

By ensuring reliable systems and user-friendly tools, you will directly contribute to the efficiency of our programmes, the security of our data, and ultimately, the impact we create for our beneficiaries.
