  • Handle day-to-day IT operations, including maintaining systems, reviewing logs, managing service requests, and conducting compliance monitoring
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner while maintaining user satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Conduct training for staff on new systems and technologies.
  • Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and software.
