Job Description As an IT Support Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining all IT and communication systems across the Adler & Allan Group. You’ll oversee installation and maintenance of local IT systems, ensuring our IT service meets organisational needs while remaining commercially focused. This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional travel to sites nationwide and overnight stays when necessary. Key Responsibilities Provide network support across the group Support PC, laptop, and mobile connectivity Assist with Microsoft Office & O365 applications Manage IP telephony systems Implement company hardware and software Handle technical support queries (local and remote) using Lansweeper & TeamViewer Perform network installations Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in all tasks Qualifications General networking skills (DHCP, DNS, etc.) Familiarity with firewalls and subnets MS Windows 10 & 11 MS Office 2016 & O365 Microsoft Server (2012–2022) General hardware diagnostics Clean UK driving licence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and use initiative Additional Information Adler and Allan are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
