QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar IT role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Experience with networking, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN configuration.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and IT infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Set up and configure workstations, printers, and other office equipment for employees.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems, ensuring software and security patches are installed promptly.
• Monitor and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and firewalls.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining company networks, VPNs, and other communication systems.
• Provide training to employees on IT best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Document all technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
• Assist with IT projects and initiatives, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
