Role: School ICT Technician
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Are you an IT Support Engineer who has experience supporting across the Microsoft stack? We are now looking for multiple IT Support Technicians to support customers across the educational sector. SKILLS FROM YOU:

* Microsoft Windows and Server operating system knowledge
* Veeam
* Microsoft Intune
* Office 365
* Sophos Enterprise
* Hyper – V / VMWare
** DBS Clearance

* Provide support both remotely and face to face to teachers and pupils.
* Provide Windows Server, mobile device and network infrastructure support.
* Provide support for other technicians and work as part of the team.
* Provide hands on advice and guidance to the schools to help develop their IT network.
** Maintain a helpdesk facility providing clients with feedback to tickets proactively and in a timely manner.
