Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, network devices). Support Microsoft environment including user accounts, email, and access management. Handle network-related issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity). 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Good understanding of networking concepts (CCNA level). Basic experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (user management, permissions). Strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Windows environments. Experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting. Experience supporting ERP or business applications. Understanding of backup systems and data protection.
