Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You’ll be the first port of call for clients experiencing technical issues, offering remote support across a range of systems and devices.

This role includes participation in a occasional rotating shift pattern, which will involve:

  • Some evening shifts
  • Occasional weekend work
  • Bank holiday cover

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve 1st line issues across hardware, software, and networks
  • Escalate more complex problems to senior engineers
  • Assist with user account setups, access permissions, and device configuration
  • Keep accurate records and documentation
  • Provide friendly, jargon-free support to clients
