Description

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L1/L2 IT support to end users at the customer site.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Active Directory, and user accounts.
Troubleshoot LAN/WLAN, printers, scanners, telephones, and other IT peripherals.
Perform user account creation, password resets, access management, and basic Active Directory administration.
Support device management and configuration using tools such as Microsoft Intune.
Diagnose and resolve incidents through ticketing systems within agreed SLAs.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate L2/L3 teams.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and IT assets.
Assist with hardware/software installations, upgrades, and IT rollouts.
Provide professional and customer-focused support to users.
Follow BaryTech and customer IT security, compliance, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in IT Support / Service Desk / Desktop Support.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory.
Working knowledge of LAN/WLAN and basic network troubleshooting.
Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT peripherals.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Azure AD (Entra ID) is preferred.
Experience working with IT ticketing and incident management systems.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer-service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
