Description

IT Onsite support is enabled to support users and issues that cannot be resolved remotely or provide Walk-in support for critical sites. Provide break-fix support for IT hardware requirements, guide and provide IT equipment to new joiners and be smart hands support for IT infrastructure issues.

  • Provide break fix Support and maintenance for all in-scope Computing Hardware Desktops (e.g., desktops, laptops);
  • Provide break-fix Support and maintenance for all in-scope Mobile devices (cell phones, smartphones, tablets) This has been outsourced to VMOX;
  • Provide break fix Support and maintenance for all in-scope Printers, Multi-function devices, and Peripherals and co-ordinate with OEM for warranty support;
  • New joiner device setup, configuration, and user initial guidance into IT;
  • Onsite Ongoing Support and maintenance will include incident management, and service requests, end-user requests, VIP support requests, IMACDs requests, and IT order fulfillment requests for hardware and software;
  • Provide smart hands support for new project setup such as device refresh and IT use device movements as required;
  • Provide smart hands support for Network components and circuits (WAN, LAN) VoIP phones, and internet connectivity as required;
  • Stock Management support, updating of Assets within the Asset management tool. Support for dispatching devices to remote users using the client’s dispatch/courier system;
  • Maintain appropriate equipment and spares on each site as required. Conference Room Support (Under Solidigm Communication AV Team scope with co-ordination from deskside Smart hand Support team);
  • Conference Room routine proactive checkup and equipment validation;
  • Conference Room support for AV Break fix issues for Wireless Connectivity, Screen Sharing, Display, VC, Microphones, Touch panel HDMI, etc;
  • Monitor alarms up/down, Proactive troubleshooting and amp, Replacement of parts;
  • Work with third-party vendors for L1 and L2 Troubleshooting of AV equipment;
  • Conference Room Support for end users including response to all ServiceNow incidents related to Conference Room;
  • Periodic validation and testing of VC units, and phones after software upgrades;
  • Manage and maintain inventories including peripherals in conference rooms;
  • Phone support in the conference rooms with the deployment of new phones using cloud solutions.
