Qualifications

  • Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of IT support/administration experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts will be an advantage.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and common enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in IT support tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Independent, resourceful, and results-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
Responsibilities
  • Provide internal IT operations support for hardware, software, and IT services.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for internal stakeholder platform-related issues.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and service requests, escalating when necessary, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
  • Support software installation, upgrades, license compliance, and patch management.
  • Maintain accurate asset management records (equipment, licenses, user accounts).
  • Perform user account management including but not limited to creation, resets, and deletions
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement, warranty claims, and repairs.
  • Support local server administration to facilitate updates, distributions, and system stability.
  • Monitor and report on service levels, documenting configurations and operational procedures.
  • Ensure IT support activities align with best practices and company standards.Conduct routine operational checks and participate in annual ICT equipment stock takes.
