Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for hands-on IT Support Engineers to provide field-based IT support across multiple locations.

• Provide L1/L2 desktop, network and end-user support.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points and network connectivity.
• Diagnose network issues using tools such as ping, tracert, ipconfig, nslookup and basic network monitoring tools.
• Support CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, PoE switches and basic CCTV networking.
• Install and troubleshoot printers, workstations, UPS and other IT equipment.
• Perform basic network cabling, patching and connectivity testing.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, drivers and application-related issues.
• Coordinate with ISP, CCTV, network and equipment vendors when required.
• Maintain IT assets, site documentation, incident records and equipment checklists.
• Occasionally assist with the safe loading/unloading and movement of UPS, printers and IT equipment.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong network troubleshooting and field-support experience.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT and Wi-Fi.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco/other routers, switches and wireless access points.
• Working knowledge of CCTV/IP surveillance and NVR/DVR systems.
• Strong Windows desktop and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of UPS, structured cabling and network rack equipment.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues under time pressure.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 2–5 years in IT Support / Network Support / Field Support. Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+ or equivalent. Ideal Candidate: A technically strong, hands-on field engineer who can troubleshoot network, CCTV, desktop and connectivity issues independently across different locations
