• Familiar with OS systems, Microsoft Office Applications, Antivirus and Backup software.
  -familiar with Cables, cabling and Termination.
  -strong knowledge about CCTV devices and its Specifications.
  -Provide Desktop Support for AMC Clients whenever required.
• Troubleshooting technology problems.
  -Familiar and knowledgeable with Access Point / PABX / Router / Firewall / Network Switches / CCTV / Door Access Control / PABX and other IT hardware’s installation and configuration.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
