IT Support Engineer (Freelance)
Location: Finland
Duration: 5 Years (Start: 1st September – to be confirmed)
Language Requirements: Fluent Finnish (verbal and written) & English
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support for Windows and Mac OS
- Support for Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, Teams
- Troubleshoot iOS and Android mobile devices
- Manage hardware/peripheral issues (including mobile devices)
- Use ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools for incident management
- Support Teams conferencing, AV setups, projectors, TVs, enterprise voice
- Perform basic network troubleshooting
- Utilize SCCM for imaging, deployments, and patching
- Work under ITIL-based service processes
