Job Title: Site IT Support Engineer (L1)/desktop Support ( End user & VIPs Support in depth)
Location: Woodlands, Singapore
Working Hours: Office Hours (8 AM – 5 PM)
Employment Type: Full-Time (via Ssquad Payroll)

JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for an experienced Site IT Support Engineer to deliver proactive, high-quality IT support at our Woodlands office. You’ll manage L1 support, troubleshoot systems, assist users, and help maintain infrastructure in alignment with corporate IT standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years in IT support or similar role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows, AD, M365, mobile devices)
  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Intune, SCCM, UniFLOW) are a plus

Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user support (password resets, MFA, BitLocker, onboarding, mobile/telecom, etc.)
  • end user engagement experience and also deal with vip support Experience must.
  • Troubleshoot devices, printers, meeting room tech, and Microsoft services (e.g., GPO, SSO)
  • Manage IT assets, documentation, and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Support IT projects, security compliance, and coordinate with regional teams
  • Track KPIs (e.g., SLA ≥ 95%, CSAT ≥ 95%)
