A market-leading media company (specialising in VR solutions for entertainment and enterprise) are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team. While working flexible shifts, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day support of products and services to ensure clients’ requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Provide remote support for hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
  • Respond promptly within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • Maintain continuous focus on a task until completion
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open cases simultaneously
  • Test and evaluate new technology
