This is a full-time on-site L2 Support Engineer role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Dubai. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, desktop computer maintenance, and providing help desk support as needed.
Exp - 3-5 years
Qualifications- Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
Experience in maintaining desktop computers and providing help desk support
Strong understanding of information technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field experience in working in an enterprise or SME environment is a plus
