Are you an IT Support Engineer with a background in MSP environment that wants to be trained across a variety of different skills to help springboard you career?

This role would suit an IT Support Engineer with exposure of MSP looking to continue their career in IT Support.

THIS PERSON:

• Strong technical support background with experience in IT Support, desk support, and help desk operations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on effective communication
• Birchwood based.
• Microsoft certification and MSP background.
