This role would suit an IT Support Engineer with exposure of MSP looking to continue their career in IT Support.

THIS PERSON:

• Strong technical support background with experience in IT Support, desk support, and help desk operations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on effective communication
• Birchwood based.
• Microsoft certification and MSP background.

• Log calls and create service tickets on Autotask ticketing systems.
• Evaluate user needs and system functionality, ensuring that IT facilities meet these needs.
• Resolve escalated and complex client issues.
