Skills & Experience required:

- 5 Years’ experience in IT Service Desk Role

- Vendor and User Management Experience

- Knowledge of Cyber security tools (Sophos Desired)

- Networking Knowledge and Support Experience (SD_WAN Desired)

- Experience Supporting cloud voice solutions

- Understanding of security frameworks such as Essential Eight and ISO standards, with experience working in governed environments
