Responsibilities:
- As part of our award-winning support desk team, you’ll provide awesome first and second-line tech support to our incredible customers
- Support hardware equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices
- Support a vast array of software across many industries
- Handle on-site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs
- Escalate issues to senior technicians or vendors when necessary
- Maintain knowledge of the latest hardware and software trends and technologies
