Responsibilities:

  • As part of our award-winning support desk team, you’ll provide awesome first and second-line tech support to our incredible customers
  • Support hardware equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices
  • Support a vast array of software across many industries
  • Handle on-site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs
  • Escalate issues to senior technicians or vendors when necessary
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest hardware and software trends and technologies
