The role As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide business with IT systems, services, and support required to ensure seamless operations. You will act as a key player in helping internal users troubleshoot issues, maintain compliance, and ensure that IT processes align with the company’s needs and policies. If you're a problem-solver with a strong technical background, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities IT Helpdesk 1st level support to end users, handling IT tickets for IT requests and incidents, related to hardware, software and IT services. System Administrator - 1st level support, undertaking the installation, setup, and configuration of new end-user equipment and accounts (e.g., laptops). IT Process Compliance Officer - Ensure all IT processes meet internal compliance requirements. Undertaking both internal and external team's projects initiatives and assignments. Assisting with Procurement policies and procedures. Testing and recording all the new IT changes regarding the laptop configuration (e.g., Security policies, Laptop Setup, Automations, etc.) IT Automation Engineer - Assist in identifying and implementing IT automation opportunities. Flexible & capable of effectively supporting business users remotely Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Mac OS. Linux OS basic knowledge will be considered a plus. Understanding of both on-premise and cloud infrastructure. Experience with endpoint security, IT Governance, and asset management. Cybersecurity related skills are considered a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret business requirements and deliver the appropriate technology solutions. Ability to clearly document processes and write end user manuals. Fluency in verbal and written English.
