REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365, Teams, and enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Experience supporting iOS and Android devices in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA).
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
  • Experience with SCCM, Intune, or similar endpoint management tools.
  • Understanding of ITIL best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite support for Windows and macOS environments.
  • Support end users with Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams applications.
  • Troubleshoot and configure iOS and Android mobile devices.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Support Teams conferencing, audio-visual setups, projectors, TVs, and enterprise voice solutions.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Utilize SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for imaging, software deployments, and patch management.
  • Adhere to ITIL-based service management processes (incident, problem, change).
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain proper documentation and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
