Description
End-to-end testing of TOUGH training modules regarding functionality, performance, user-friendliness and content accuracy
Close collaboration with developers and security experts to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
Evaluation and documentation of the comprehensibility and content relevance of our training scripts and training courses
Identifying and reporting problems related to UX, interface, or navigation within the training software and on the website (no programming knowledge required)
Creation and validation of training content with regard to didactic consistency and safety-relevant correctness.
Participation in selected customer meetings for the structured collection of user feedback, including consolidation and translation into concrete requirements for further development.
Support in preparing for rollouts and ensuring quality standards before product release
