ABOUT THE ROLE

As IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the school’s technology services. You will be responsible for day-to-day support, systems management, and ensuring the IT infrastructure meets the needs of both staff and pupils. Working within a collaborative team, you will help deliver excellent service, maintain systems, and contribute to ongoing IT projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide first-line IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Deliver user training and create support documentation.
• Maintain IT assets, hardware, and software updates.
• Administer user accounts and access controls.
• Support IT projects and change management processes.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies to enhance IT services.
