Network-IT are seeking an experienced IT support professional who is looking to expand on their skillset within an MSP environment.

Being a part of a small team, this role will give you the opportunity to work on more complex technical issues, contribute to projects and continue developing your skills.

Network-IT are a small business who have been providing IT support for small to medium sized businesses for over 27 years supporting a diverse range of clients and IT environments. We offer complete IT solutions including ad hoc support, managed services and cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·        Provide expert technical support across a range of client environments, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Support can be provided via phone, remote session, email or onsite.

·        Administer and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Servers, and related systems

·        Manage and monitor firewalls, networking equipment, and related infrastructure

·        Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with clients

·        Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users

·        Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 issues proactively, escalating when necessary

·        Assist with IT project implementation and collaborate with senior engineers as needed

·        Respond to security alerts and assist with security implementations and maintenance.

About You

·        Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support role, preferably within a Managed Services Provider (MSP)

·        Proficient in Microsoft technologies including Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, Azure, and Azure AD

·        Experience with networking, firewalls, backup/recovery solutions, and virtualisation tools

·        Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

·        A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of issues.

·        The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider technical team.

·        Experience with remote support and RMM/PSA platforms
