We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Pay: $260.00 – $300.00 per day

Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by end-users via phone, email, or in person.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and related applications.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers and networks.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or vendors when necessary.
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets, incidents, and solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance policies.
