We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our growing technical support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on support for end-user devices, systems, and applications, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and technical efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role (minimum 3–5 years).
  • Proficient in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    Contract length: 6 months
    Pay: £170.00-£180.00 per day

Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-line technical support to employees via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues on Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other enterprise tools.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies through Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Maintain asset inventory and perform regular audits on IT equipment.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and proper documentation of all issues and fixes.
  • Follow IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior engineers or vendors as needed.
