Key Responsibilities Provide efficient and personalized application support in line with defined processes and SLAs Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within agreed deadlines Classify, prioritize, track, and document incidents and resolutions Investigate issues using the internal knowledge base and available technical resources Contribute to the enrichment and continuous improvement of the knowledge base Prepare technical and operational reports for internal teams and clients Manage escalations and coordinate with R&D and higher-level support teams Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders Configure systems and support new features based on client change requests Profile & Requirements Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trusted client relationships Excellent listening, problem-solving, and analytical skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure while respecting SLAs Comfortable using AI tools to assist with incident analysis, log interpretation, knowledge base enrichment, automation of repetitive tasks, reporting, and productivity improvement Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Flexible, autonomous, and able to handle multiple tasks Team player, comfortable working independently or collaboratively Technical exposure or experience with: Apache Tomcat, Nginx, Postman PostgreSQL, JavaScript, ETL JIRA ITSM, Spring integration Fresh graduates are welcome to apply What do we offer? Responsibilities
