Full job description

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the UAE and strong technical knowledge in servers, desktops and laptops, intercom systems, firewalls, networking, internet protocols, and Wi-Fi.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues, including LAN/WAN faults, across the organization.

Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices, switches, routers, and other IT network infrastructure.

Handle physical rack mounting, rack replacement, cabling, server installation, and hardware component replacement.

Maintain proper documentation of network infrastructure, procedures, policies, and other networking-related activities.

Work alongside on-site technical teams and remote engineers to execute deployment plans according to project specifications.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and system updates to ensure that devices and systems are operating optimally.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong planning, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
