This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to move into a specific technical career. You will have the opportunity to expand your technical abilities and be trained to take responsibility for certain equipment within the Fulfillment Center environment. Responsibilities include: purchasing of IT devices/services, budget management, vendor management/engagement, allocation and maintenance of IT equipment, including check in/check out, asset management, inventory control, device break/fix, control of RMA process, and device deployment (such as PC/scanner/server/switches/routers/FWs) The candidate will be expected to take following roles: • leading other peer members • guiding/introducing Amazon global/local standards to other Ops Tech IT members • troubleshooting, escalating the issues in proper/efficient way/methods, and deliver results • simplifying and innovating operation processes continuously • decision-making, planning activities, preparing data-driven documents, negotiating with stakeholders We are looking for a well-organized person who will proactively look for ways to contribute to Amazon, not only in Japan, but worldwide.
