UAE Driving License and Car in UAE is must.

  •     Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  •     Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues , fixing hardware components (Motherboard, LCD , Keyboard etc)
  •     Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  •     Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.
  •     Log, track, and follow up on all support requests through the ITSM or ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Fresh service).
  •     Provide support for video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
  •     Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and procedures.
  •     Support office IT infrastructure including Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, and switches.
  •     Assist with onboarding/offboarding IT setup for employees.
  •     Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
  •     Participate in routine IT audits, patching, and backup activities.
