REQUIREMENTS

✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role
✔ Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking fundamentals
✔ Hands-on experience with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
✔ Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and backup systems
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

️ Provide technical support to staff across hardware, software, and networking issues
