To maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our Dubai team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems, enabling us to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of proven experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, and switches.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity tools is an advantage.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar certifications are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, resolving technical problems efficiently.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure the regular maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network systems.
  • User Assistance: Assist staff with technical queries, application support, and training on IT tools and systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software malfunctions, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Security Management: Monitor and enforce cybersecurity protocols, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and data backup systems.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of IT assets, troubleshooting processes, and resolved issues.
  • Upgrades and Installations: Install and configure new hardware, software, and systems as per organizational requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely resolution of outsourced IT services.
