EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in software troubleshooting and desktop support is essential.
  • Knowledge of computer networking principles is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues effectively and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with users at all levels of technical proficiency.
  • Candidates with development work experience are preferred
  • Candidates who know Chinese are preferred

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive software troubleshooting for various applications and systems.
  • Deliver desktop support for Windows and Mac OS environments, ensuring all devices are operational.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Support users with Microsoft Office applications, addressing any issues they may encounter.
  • Facilitate computer networking tasks, including setting up and configuring network connections.
  • Offer technical support via phone, email, and in-person, resolving issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with users to analyse problems and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in the configuration and management of VPN connections for remote access.
  • Responsible for technical support to colleagues in the group.
  • Inspect and update inventory when IT assets are returned to the warehouse
  • New computer configuration
  • Consultation and troubleshooting of conference rooms and surrounding office equipment
  • Duty according to the shift schedule
  • Summarize and report daily problems
  • Detailed records of hotline-related consultation and processing information entry
  • Meet SLA on ticketing system, handle or re-assign tickets accordingly
  • Collection and follow-up of opinions on internal products
