QUALIFICATIONS THAT INSPIRE US

  • Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in IT support (first- and second-level)
  • Solid knowledge of Windows (10/11) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Experience with Active Directory, ideally also with deployment tools (e.g., OPSI, Intune)
  • Bonus: Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Linux desktops

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for IT inquiries in first- and second-level support
  • Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Set up and maintain workstations (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.)
  • Manage user accounts and access rights (e.g., Active Directory)
  • Install, configure, and update software solutions
  • Maintain and optimize deployment tools (e.g., OPSI, Microsoft Intune)
  • Document incidents and solutions in the ticket system
  • Support and train employees in IT-related matters
  • Assist in IT projects and rollouts of new technologies
