Job Description

  • Handling all incoming service requests in the context of 1st level support
  • Setup, configuration and maintenance of notebooks, printers, conference room equipment and other hardware
  • Administration of local infrastructure (e.g. MacOS, Windows, Cisco Infrastructure)
  • Management of accounts and access rights
  • Creation of technical documentation and reports
  • Hardware management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science or training in the field of IT (specialist information technology system integration or similar)
  • Profound work experience in an IT Support role
  • High sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data
  • Strong service orientation and high quality awareness
  • Proactive, independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
