JOB POSITION: I.T Support Engineer - Cebu JOB QUALIFICATIONS Must be a graduate of a BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System or any related courses Knowledge or experience with ticketing systems, networking, troubleshooting, and technical support at less than a year of relevant work experience Available to work onsite DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide email support for technical advisory and remote technical support services. Processes and resolves concerns and complaints of customers on technical aspects of the product. Ensures to meet goals set for all metrics as required by the Client Check designated queue in Autotask to see if a ticket has been assigned to you. Update ticket as soon as you work on it. Check pending tickets and make sure that it is completed within the specified Ticketing system.
