IT Support Level 1/ Level 2

We are looking for a Level 1/2 IT Support consultant with experience providing Level 2 support for an Australian based MSP located on the central coast. This is a client facing position and as such requires someone that not only has the technical skills and experience but a real client focused attitude.

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

• Provide Level 1 and 2 support to a variety of customers across the central coast and Sydney region
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work with customers both on site, over the phone and via email
• Assist other team members.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Excellent phone and email based communication skills.
• Strong Desktop Support experieince
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory and networking
• Great customer service skills
• experience working with and managing help desk tickets.
• A full, Valid Australian drivers licence (As some on site work would be required).
• Previous experieince working for a Managed Service Provider is a MUST
