Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first- and second-line support to end-users, maintaining IT systems and hardware, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the organization’s technology infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and remote desktop tools.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service desk operations is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar are a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Manage and support Active Directory, user accounts, and access permissions.
  • Assist with network infrastructure maintenance, including Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, and VPN.
  • Monitor IT systems and respond to incidents, alerts, and performance issues.
  • Document issues and solutions using the company’s ticketing system.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees including hardware setup and account provisioning.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and support lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment repairs or procurement.
  • Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and deployment initiatives as needed.
