As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with end users, directly addressing technical issues and handling a variety of hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices) and software systems, giving you practical, hands-on experience, with various complex equipment.
Working on-site in Oberhaching from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

• Troubleshooting the incidents on user hardware such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices (iPhones and iPads), printers, scanners etc.
• Installation of additional software applications
• Add and remove printers
• Provide necessary support for the remote users
• End-users support for WiFi service
• Basic network support
• Image, re-image new and existing user hardware such as laptops, desktops and Citrix terminals
• Configure and set up user mobile devices, organize the delivery of these devices, along with the associated support documentation and training
• Printer setup and support
• Recovery of user hardware as part of off-boarding process
• General administration and maintenance of video conferencing equipment
• Regular monitoring and physical checks
• Support the delivery of various Infrastructure and business projects in the context of end-user equipment
