As a Support Engineer, you’ll:

• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows and Mac OS device issues
• Manage and support Office 365 environments
• Deploy, configure and maintain Microsoft Intune
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and remotely – you’ll be the friendly face clients rely on
• Join an on‑call rota (with an attractive bonus)
• Visit client sites in London as required
