Main duties and responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot & resolve incidents associated with multiple equipment & software; provide break/ fix support, advice, and assistance to authorised users.
• VPN Connectivity and Install Anti-virus.
• Coordinate related activities (remote & onsite).
• Windows 10 Deployment, Migration, Troubleshooting.
• Outlook Configuration and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate and plan installations, de-installations, cascades, moves/ migrations, and add/changes for all EUC Equipment and Software.
• Monitor client satisfaction and Service Levels throughout the IMAC activity, following the delivery at predetermined intervals and manage inventory.
• Providing IT and Desktop support as a level 1 & 2 technician.
• Understanding of LAN /WAN networks and basic troubleshooting
• Windows Server 2012 (onwards), installation, and management.
• Active Directory understanding of TCP / IP Protocol.
• Understanding of PuTTY, Wireshark / AnyDesk, MS Teams, and TeamViewer.

This is a contract role, and the candidate will be paid on a monthly invoice basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $4,500.00 – $4,800.00 per month
