Responsibilities

In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support at our Central Head Office in Amsterdam, and occasionally at our Local Head Offices across Europe. You’ll play a key role in making sure our colleagues can rely on the tools and technology they need every day, while also contributing to smart improvements and exciting projects that help the business grow.

As an HQ IT Support Engineer, you will:

  • Provide first-line support to CHO and LHO employees on hardware and software issues
  • Deliver onsite support across EU-based LHO locations as needed
  • Set up and deploy laptops, manage user onboarding, and handle account creation
  • Monitor and manage IT service tickets, escalate issues, and track resolutions
  • Support Microsoft Teams Meeting Room systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain and manage hardware and software inventories
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality IT support and service delivery
  • Assist in IT-related projects across the business.
