Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across systems and networks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of IT support experience (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, O365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with IT security practices, backup solutions, and remote support tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Immediate availability to join.
  • UAE Driving License is an advantage.
  • Preferably can join immediately

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory / O365.
  • Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, Wi-Fi, and network devices.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, backups, and security protocols.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and IT inventory.
  • Provide on-site support for branches/clients when required.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements.
