Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices, both locally and remotely. You will play a key role in maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, including Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, endpoint protection and Mobile Device Management. Your responsibilities will include configuring and deploying devices, installing authorized software, applying security updates, maintaining equipment records, supporting user mailboxes and accounts, and managing onboarding and offboarding requests. You will also support network infrastructure including firewalls, switches and access points, as well as CCTV systems, and contribute to small and medium-sized IT projects. Working closely with the IT Team Lead, you will resolve technical issues, escalate critical matters and help ensure a reliable and secure IT environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT Technical Support, with strong knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and networking. Experience with ITSM ticketing tools, CCTV configuration and support, and data centre IT practices would be advantageous. You will have excellent organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills, alongside strong written and verbal English communication abilities. A collaborative and customer-focused approach is essential, as is the flexibility to work varying hours and travel to other group locations when required. A valid driving license is essential.
