Company Description We are currently looking IT Support Engineer for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions. Required Qualifications & Skills • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 features, architecture, and key differences. • Hands-on experience with Windows deployment tools such as SCCM. • Good understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune/Endpoint Manager. • Strong communication skills for end-user support and training.

Responsibilities

The IT Support Engineer will provide technical support and training to end-users. They will manage Windows deployment and ensure effective use of IT tools and systems.
