Your mission at WorkNomads: • Resolve medium-complexity issues end-to-end across devices, identity, network, and applications - focusing on root cause, not just ticket closure • Standardize recurring issues into playbooks, reducing noise and improving scalability of support • Improve system stability by identifying misconfigurations across Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, and endpoint setups • Provide structured escalations only when needed - with clear context, troubleshooting steps, and logs • Work hands-on with: Microsoft Intune – device enrollment, policies, compliance, deployments Entra ID (Azure AD) – access, roles, authentication, conditional access basics SharePoint / M365 – permissions, access models, collaboration setup Hybrid environment – understanding interaction between local devices, cloud, and identity • Support troubleshooting across network and connectivity layers (VPN, WiFi, VLAN basics, firewall-dependent access - Palo Alto environment) • Investigate cross-system issues by validating dependencies (device vs identity vs network) and coordinating with internal teams and vendors • Contribute to security and stability through proper configuration, policy enforcement, and endpoint protection practices • Support L1 and collaborate with senior engineers - bringing structure, clarity, and ownership in a fast-paced environment • Work on high-visibility infrastructure, integration, and enablement initiatives, contributing to value delivery projects and continuous innovation across the organization • Actively contribute to reducing ticket volume by improving systems, automation, and processes What you get: Real engineering exposure Growth path toward senior roles Opportunity to shape IT systems in a scaling company Work in a structured and high-impact team We want to hear from you if you have: 3+ years in Microsoft-centric environment Hands-on experience with Intune + Entra + SharePoint (practical troubleshooting, not just theory) Strong root-cause thinking and documentation discipline The ability to operate as a bridge between L1 and senior engineers Fluency in English A passion about continuous learning & collaboration in a global setting A team player mentality and believe no one should be left behind regardless of background Perks of being one of us: Competitive salary and social benefits Growth opportunities — learn from experts, expand your craft, work across industries Be part of something beyond work: culture, values, impact How to Apply / What Happens Next: 1.
